These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Abul Noor Publications website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock issues.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details (name, address, contact information) are accurate at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is taken at the time of checkout via Stripe, our secure payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

By completing checkout, you confirm that the payment method you are using is yours or that you have authorisation to use it.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Delivery times after dispatch will vary depending on the postal service used and your location.

A delivery charge may apply depending on your order total. Free delivery thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

To initiate a return, please email info@abulnoor.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition at your own expense unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

We are unable to accept returns for digital products or downloadable content once access has been granted.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a condition that suggests they have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the return window without prior agreement.

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure stock levels shown on the website are accurate; however, in rare cases an item may be out of stock after your order is placed.

In such cases, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or the option to wait for restock.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Abul Noor Publications or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abul Noor Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
